College Creator Masterclass
Build Your Creator Career Before Graduation
A 90-minute working session for UMass-connected college students — creators, streamers, athletes, artists, student leaders, entrepreneurs, and aspiring media professionals. Students leave with a clearer creator direction, one practical next step, and an invitation to join the Founding Creator Lab interest list.
The promise
You do not need to go viral to build a meaningful creator career. You need a point of view, a system you can sustain, good judgment around opportunities, and proof that you can create work people trust. This Masterclass helps students begin building all four.
The framework
Angle → System → Trust → Opportunity
- Angle — the lens you bring to a community: what you know, what you care about, and the perspective only you can bring.
- System — a practical rhythm for creating that survives class, work, practice, and real life.
- Trust — the judgment you show in what you post, what you disclose, and what you say yes to.
- Opportunity — what opens up when people can see your work and how you think.
